Luke 2:10-11 But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.”
Luke 2:13-14 Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.”
The angels proclaimed not just that the Savior had arrived, but they said that it was good news that will cause great joy for all the people. They declared Glory to God and peace to His people. He is our source of Joy and true Peace!
He is worthy of our Praise! He is our source of all things good, with His arrival came not just our salvation but also the fruit of the Spirit! His forgiveness is available to ALL who repent, He NEVER says, “Nope, I’m over forgiving you, not gonna do it anymore!” His love is not fleeting, it endures FOREVER! He prays for us, sings over us, bottles up our tears, works all things for our good, comes to our defense, declares us family with a wonderful inheritance awaiting us, pours a healing balm over us, fills up our emptiness, pours His Spirit out on us and fills us up to overflowing, teaches us, leads us, carves our name in the palms of His hands, hides us in the shadow of His wings, is our glory, the lifter of our heads and is our rearguard, blesses us and so very much more. For this He deserves all praise and glory this Christmas Day! Who can fully declare His praise??
Psalm 106:1-2 Praise the Lord. Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever. Who can proclaim the mighty acts of the Lord or fully declare his praise?
Psalm 106:48 Praise be to the Lord, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. Let all the people say, “Amen!” Praise the Lord.
Psalm 103:1-5 Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits— who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
Psalm 103:21-22 Praise the Lord, all his heavenly hosts, you his servants who do his will. Praise the Lord, all his works everywhere in his dominion. Praise the Lord, my soul.
Psalm 108:3-5 I will praise you, Lord, among the nations; I will sing of you among the peoples. For great is your love, higher than the heavens; your faithfulness reaches to the skies. Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; let your glory be over all the earth.
Turn to Psalm 96 today and read it aloud. Give glory to the Lord and celebrate His gifts to us today!
Jesus, you are worthy of all Glory and Honor and Praise today and everyday! Thank you for coming for us and for being all that you are to us! Help us to truly worship you today! To you be the glory forever! Hallelu Yah!
Revelation 15:3-4 and sang the song of God’s servant Moses and of the Lamb: “Great and marvelous are your deeds, Lord God Almighty. Just and true are your ways, King of the nations. Who will not fear you, Lord, and bring glory to your name? For you alone are holy. All nations will come and worship before you, for your righteous acts have been revealed.”
Merry Christmas!
