May 6th

Let us continue to let the full meaning of His grace sink into our hearts today.

As you read through these verses, think of grace as God leaning toward you or reaching for you. Not just as a one time event on the cross and the empty tomb but as a continual work, moving in your life because He wants the best for you and wants to be near you.

His grace is all we need! His grace provides all that we need. By His grace we are made clean, we are made who He created us to be! By His grace we are saved and justified, by grace we are His children and have the hope of eternal life!

Titus 3:4-6 But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life.

Romans 3:23-24 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.

His grace is sufficient for our sin and our weaknesses!

2 Corinthians 12:9 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”

1 Timothy 1:14-15 The grace of our Lord was poured out on me abundantly, along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus. Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the worst.

His Grace builds us up and makes us heirs of His promises!

Acts 20:32 Now I commit you to God and to the word of his grace, which can build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified.

Romans 11:6 And if by grace, then it cannot be based on works; if it were, grace would no longer be grace.

We should be proclaiming the good news of His grace, with no hesitation to serve Him!

Acts 20:24 However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace.

Ephesians 3:7 I became a servant of this gospel by the gift of God’s grace given me through the working of his power.

Grace and Peace to you today from our Lord Jesus!

His grace is sufficient for you today, no matter what you face!

Jesus, thank you for your grace that is sufficient for me! Thank you that your grace continues to work in me to make me who you created me to be! Help me to surrender to your grace. Help me to understand your grace more fully. May your amazing grace saturate and fill every area of my heart, my mind and my life in Jesus’ name. Help me to be a servant of your grace with no hesitation to testify about your grace to those around me.
