JULY 11th

We don’t have a reason to wonder if we will make it or feel like we aren’t good enough. We aren’t good enough on our own, but we will make it. When we are weak, then we are strong. Whatever it is that we are facing that gives us that doubt that we can survive or thrive is no match for resurrection power. When we realize that we can’t do it on our own, that is when God steps up and shines. We get OUT of the way so that the Holy Spirit can get IN the way.

2 Corinthians 12:9 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.

1 Corinthians 2:5 so that your faith might not rest on human wisdom, but on God’s power.

Ephesians 1:18-21 I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come.

That same power that raised Jesus from the dead is at work in us! Right now! We need to let this Truth empower us! We need to let that Truth transform our minds and change our perspectives!

Ephesians 3:20-21 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.

Do we just forget? Is it just not on our radar yet? No matter the reason, let’s change that and start remembering who we are in Christ and what power we walk around filled up with every day! No matter what you face this day, this week, this month or this year, the resurrection power lives in you!!

Lord thank you for choosing to put your resurrection power in me! Help me to remember that and live like it. Help me to remember that when I am confronted by problems or needs. Please transform me by your power into who you created me to be. Show me how you want to use your power in my life, and thank you.

SATURDAY: THE SAME POWER THAT ROSE JESUS FROM THE DEAD LIVES IN ME!

Romans 8:11 And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of e his Spirit who lives in you.
