December 27 Devotion
Today, say “Thank You.” Take today just to worship the Lord. Set aside your requests, concerns, problems, distractions and just thank Jesus. Worship Him for who He is, worship because He deserves it, worship Him for all that He has done, worship Him for all that He is going to do. But after all of that, circle back and worship Him again for who He is.
Thank Him for His Perfect Love, His Goodness, His Grace and Mercy, His Peace and Joy, His Healing.
Worship Him for His Holiness, for His “Otherness” -that is for His UNhuman-ness. Worship Him, the Great I AM, the perfect Lamb who was slain for our pardon, the one who bottles up all of our tears and hides us in the shadow of His wings. Worship Jesus today!

with a mighty hand and outstretched arm; His love endures forever.
to him who divided the Red Sea a asunder, His love endures forever.
and brought Israel through the midst of it, His love endures forever.
but swept Pharaoh and his army into the Red Sea; His love endures forever.
to him who led his people through the wilderness; His love endures forever.
to him who struck down great kings, His love endures forever.
He remembered us in our low estate, His love endures forever.
and freed us from our enemies. His love endures forever.
He gives food to every creature. His love endures forever.
