AUGUST 13th
Psalm 147:10-11 His pleasure is not in the strength of the horse, nor his delight in the legs of the warrior; the Lord delights in those who fear him, who put their hope in his unfailing love.
His unfailing love! Today be reminded that He has unfailing love for you and you can put your hope in that! -No matter what it is that you are facing. Hear Him saying to you, “(your name here), I love you.”
Want to delight Him? Then fear Him- not scared of, but reverence, respect and fear of being separated from Him. And put your hope in His unfailing love, that will delight Him even more than He is already.
When you love someone, you want them to know that and to understand that, don’t you? God is no different in that. He wants us to know and understand that He loves us. So today, bask in that love, ask Him to help you understand that love more and ask Him to remind you that His love never fails.
John 3:16 For God SO LOVED the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
Romans 8:38-39 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

We can’t measure His love by human standards but we can open our hearts to it and let it overwhelm us and change us and when we allow that, we can grasp that it is deeper than we can ever measure.
Ephesians 3:16-19 I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
Lord thank you for your amazing love. Thank you for pouring it out for me. Thank you for how you care for me even when I am not paying attention to you or looking for your love. Thank you that your love for me doesn’t depend upon me. Help me to grasp your love the best that I can in my human heart and understanding. Help me to rest in that love today and reflect that love to those around me.
